Roadify is a taxi booking app designed to connect users to trusted and reliable drivers for convenient rides. The project focused on creating a seamless platform for booking safe, reliable rides while ensuring an intuitive user experience. By combining accessibility with convenience, Roadify makes daily commuting easier, faster, and stress-free.

Research & Discovery
Conducted user research to understand the challenges people face with daily transportation, focusing on issues like safety, accessibility, and convenience. Also analyzed existing ride booking(Bolt, InDrive, Uber etc.) to analyze gaps and opportunities.
Problem Definition
Defined some core issues which are; scattered and unreliable transport options, lack of safety assurance, and poor user experience in existing solutions.
UI/UX Design
Created high-fidelity mockups in Figma, focusing on a clean and intuitive interface. Also designed some key features such as ride booking, live tracking and payment options.
Prototyping, Testing, & Iteration
Built interactive prototypes to simulate the booking experience. Also conducted usability tests with potential users to gather feedback on clarity, speed, and ease of use. Then improved flows based on feedback and also ensured responsiveness across other devices (Mobile & Tablet).
Solution
Roadify solved the problem of unreliable, unsafe, and inconvenient transportation by offering a single platform for booking safe, accessible, and efficient rides. It streamlined the commuting process with features like real-time tracking, simplified booking flows, and multiple payment options, ensuring users could move around with ease and confidence.
